What we need from you
- A Profile picture
- A short biography
- Your twitter name and/or other contact details you'd like to share
- Any other links you would like added (blog, websites you run etc.)
If you could mail the information to guest@ltnet.tv . The sooner we can get the above, the better so we can get the information onto the wiki.
When
We currently try and broadcast on Wednesdays from 19:30. So if you could please join us at 18:30 at Lets Talk Studio Location/Map depending on which were recording at.
Where
Process
We normally start preparation for the next show the day or so after the last one has been completed.
We also create a Google Wave for preparation which we will invite you to. This is used as brain storming for the show and writing out ideas before we forget them. Topics can be about anything you would like to talk about (preferably geek orientated but this is open to interpretation).
On the show night we will then go through the wave and create a show and order of topics. We try and keep the topics between nine and eleven and the show to about an hour. The pre-show preparation normally takes about half an hour plus half an hour for set up.
What to bring
- Yourself :)
- Laptop (so you can have the show notes available and login to the IRC channel)
- Any beverages other than beer, There is normally a couple Amstels or Marzen Golds in the fridge.
Skype
We currently don't do Skype in except for short calls as we find having people in a room creates a better dynamic. Though this might change depending on circumstance. Though we will explicitly tell you if were going to be doing this with a trial run at least the day before.
